440 torque converter with a 11" plate bolt pattern whats the stock size

what I am asking is about a 74 New Yorker with a 11" bolt spread on the flex plate of a 440 motor mine had a 10" flex plate with a ptc or some type of stall that was told to be a 3000 rpm for drag racing im not into that just wanting a driver the engine was a 68 440 steel crank 10.5 t0 1 is also what i was told im swapping out and using the New Yorker engine and want to find out if a 11" stock balanced converter will work on my 727 transmission in my 73 sebring satellite thanks
 
I think Rock Auto sells both size flex plates for less than $10. Just checked and they have one 10" one on closeout for $4.57.
The stock converter bolts are 5/16" where most performance converters are 3/8"
The Torque converter has to match the engine balance. I think the '68 steel crank is neutral balance, so that makes things easier.
Stall speed will change depending on the torque curve of the engine, and how much stall you want.
