46RE PLANETARY WILL NOT RELEASE. TEETH BEHIND RING CHEWED UP. HOW TO PROCEED??

I'm rebuilding a 46re for my hemi swap and I ran into an issue. The planet will not come out because the teeth are a little chewed up or have trash in them. I took the washers and snap ring off and I'm left with this. I guess I'll try to blow out or pick the trash out of each tooth and maybe??? Tore transmission down because I had no forward gears and had powdered metal on magnet. Reverse was good. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you.

Nevermind. Blew air, picked and picked and picked. Alternating picks. It worked. I guess i panicked.
