.564 comp cam xtreme high energy cam

I have a .564 high xtreme energy comp cam that is hydraulic flat tappet cam.Will the stock rocker arms work fine with cam for a big block 440.

Could you use them? Yes but more than likely you will end up stabbing the push rods through them. If swapping cams and spending money on the cam, lifters and springs just spend the rest to get a good set of push rods and rockers so you don't have to worry about any type of valve train failure...
 
I have similar cam in one of my cars now with 65,000+ miles on it since around 2007 with no issues with stock rocker arms.

I guess I forgot to ask the OP if he intends on racing it or just driving it around that would be the difference.

What size of cam do you have?

I do race it occasionally. I used to all the time, but I have built a different car that is more a street/strip car.

The Comp XE295HL .564/.564, 252/.257 @ .050, .295/.307 advertised. With headers and 10" 3500 converter and 4:10 gears. I did have to add a vacuum canister under my battery tray for the power brakes
