HI Guys, I just wanted to let you know about my three year project will be finished very soon and wanted to share some of pictures with you.
I bought my car out of California in 2009 and had it shipped home.I drove it for a year and tinkered with it a little but wasnt happy with it. I thought I'd like to have a different heart in her so I tore it apart and did a driver resto on it. I put disk power brakes on it, dragged out the four speed to find a gaping hole in the floor! then fixed that and put a tremec five speed in for fuel economy on the highway...HA! Silly me thought it would be nice to have a stroke motor it in place of the 383 that was in there before.Well I ended up putting in a World aluminiun block stoked to 572 with Super victor heads and intake, TTi stepped headers, custom grind Comp cam, custom flat top pistons and 10:1 CR to run on pump gas. I asked my builder to give me 600 Hp and he said sure that will be easy. six months later I went to pick it up and they dynoed the motor out at 750 hp at 5500 rpm!!! OMG!!!! So now I had to put in a fuel cell and run new sewer lines to feed the beast!!! Oh well I cant complain I guess until I have to put fuel in at every gas station I pass!
Well enough of my lousy writing for now but her's some picks for ya....

Your car is awesome! Love it. Mind telling me what you have on there for tires, front and back. Also what size wheels and backspace?
Thanks.

ooo yeah baby- looking good!
The way you worded that I thought you were expecting a kid- lol
Cigar for you sir!

Incredible car. 750hp and a tremec 5spd. You sir have my vote.

the rear tires are pie crusts slicks from Radir made by M&H with a couple grooves cut in for street legal HAHAHHA! there 30 inches high by 10.5 wide by 15. I'm not sure of the back spacing but i think its 4 inch. the fronts are 750x4x15 firestone bias ply skinnies!

I said to the wife... Lets spend the kids inheritance and leave em fend for them selves so ya this is like havin a child!!!!:blob1::icon_pidu:

I'm just ichin to get in and get those front wheel off the ground!:icon_rambo:

Fantastic car!! I love the stick in that set up. You are going to have a blast in that thing. The early cars really attract attention - especially with over the top motors burping through the pipes!

Very nice! You may have to consider subframe connectors at some stage.

With that kind of power and a stick to boot, you "will" have to consider sub frame connectors. No ifs about it - unless you never plan to get on it :)

Where is your master cylinder???? I don't see one in the pictures.

Master cylinder???????? do i need one of those???????????
you know you cant get very far with your foot on the brakes so I didnt get that option on page two (brakes delete) I got the radio instead!:icon_axe:
Sub frame connectors are in the books but i 'm hoping i can get a set that i dont have to cut the floor.

Good logic, I never thought of that :)

You can do this without cutting into the floor. Obviously you will need to weld some to the unibody but mine did not require cutting the floor. :icon_hang:

Hey Stumper, didnt you mention to me about some one in your neck of the woods that may be making them for our cars???? HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

The subframe connectors?? No, no one around here that I'm aware of. If you had a lift and the tools to cut and weld metal it wouldn't be all that tough to make - but why bother when you can buy them already made up and just needing to be welded in...

that is one nice clean ride inside, out, and underneath.
