I need a heater delete plate for my 64 Bel and a push button shifter block off plate. Are these being reproduced?

My 65 Bel needs the heater control unit, in working order. Are any other years interchangeable?

The heater delete plates are repoed and sell on eBay HOWEVER THEY DO NOT FIT. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I had the same question about the heater control a while back and did not get any answers. Does anybody know whereto get them redone?
