I think the original paint was ditzler ppg I have a 65 plymouth I am painting and am going with a whiter white than the factory color. The last time I was able to get the correct trunk paint for my 64 was from TPC Global it is Zolatone dx1734 but when I called them 6 months ago they said no longer available. I am not sure what I will use on the 65. If you find some let me know.

Thanks! Ok Zolatone is clear now.

Does anyone know whether 64 white differs from 65 white? It seems like 65 WW1 is brighter (whiter)

Thanks for feedbacks
Chris

Kryky,

Did you ever figure this paint code mystery out? I cant seem to match my 65 WW-1 when I order for a 65 Plymouth. Original painter used 64 code. Maybe this is why? 64 code is much whiter than 65 paint I have been getting to try to match.

WTF?
