These are being reproduced. I think they are called ABC Reproductions.
 
ABC Moparts is where I got mine. It looked good but I am not the happiest camper. It doesn't lay flat and look nice. I thought it would settle down with some time and sunlight but not so.
 
Plan B; it would be SOB to get it out and another one put back in.

Mine was attached with those wire spring clips like Mopar uses on door panels. I couldn't get thenm to snap into the holes in the dash frame. Almost like the clips were too heavy gauge. I bought some plastic Christmas Tree clips and those pushed in easily. That is probably my issue but the pad should still lay flat.
