I'm trying to determine where and how the heater temp control cable connects and what bracket or clip should secure it for a 64 Dodge Polara with AC. I purchased the car recently and found one end of the cable disconnected and hanging under the glove box are not secured to anything. It is still connected at the temp knob on the dash. The heater control valve in the engine bay is vacuum controlled so it doesn't have a connection point there. I've attached a few pics from under the dash with the flexible ducts removed and also of the heater control valve in the engine bay. Any assistance, guidance, and/or pics on how it should be connected and secured would be greatly appreciated.
