You'll have to make your own or buy a custom wheel,Chrysler never made one to my knowledge.

Check the salvage yards for the 60's Dodge A100 vans and trucks. That will be your best bet. If you do find someone who has them, chances are they know what they're worth and will a bundle for them.... Good luck!
