Curious as to where the fuel tank vent is supposed to be or just the filler cap.
My car when I bought previous owner had put a return line into the filler neck.
I deleted it and figured that is where it was possibly.
But of course when you launch the car you smell fuel which I'm sure it is dumping on the road.
My 66 Dart has a line from the neck thru the floor seal but the neck is in the quarter panel and enters the side of the tank so no spilling.
