This is the oddball stuff that is intriguing.

Could the 65 with all the Hemi body parts be a leftover hemi body for a car that was never made?

 
Not going to watch it. But it's 60 years later. Lots of BS gets made up after 60 years, could verify with AI though to make anything real.

Only thing I questioned was, the non acid dipping part --------do not know , always heard acid dipped -------???

I actually enjoyed that episode. It was better than watching the same show over and over about Camaros. I believe the acid dipping was more the actual racers doing it to their own cars for the advantage. Not the factory doing it. I have held some of the factory lightweight parts myself as one of my buddies/co-worker used to own a 65 A990 Dodge. They are definitely lightweight.
