Ribbed 4 speed top plate for 66-68 b body’s someone drilled some extra holes in it for some reason,chrome and studs are in good shaped $120 obo shipped in the usa

The holes are most likely from a version of cover plate that had a brushed plate overtop of the ribbed surface like the ones pictured here.
