66 Charger Brake Line Kit MBM 4 Wheel Disk Conversion

I'm looking for a complete brake line kit for a 66 Charger with the MBM 4 wheel disc conversion.
I tried Inline, Clasic Ind. no luck they sell original kits with a single master for that car.
Has anyone found someone selling a kit?
Or do I have to bend one up myself?

I purchased my stainless steel lines with front disc conversion for my 67 Charger from this place.

I just finished upgrading my 66 with al 67 parts from power master cyl to rear hoses. Everything went in easily. I used a 67 splitter and adj prop valve. And stock 67 lines and hoses.
