Don't forget to remove the headlight buckets from the coronet. The charger grille doesn't have them. Otherwise go for it!

yea, there's that...and all the chrome is different which will require new holes to be drilled in the correct spots

There's actually quite a bit of work to do with the fenders.

Basically nothing..Most things will need mods. Even the hood is different I thought? Or is the Charger chrome only on the fender tops?

Hood is the same (chrome is different and mounts different).

Front bumper is the same (rear is the same as 67 Coronet).

How much cutting/welding do you want to do?

Floor pan is the same, as is cowl, inner fenders, etc.

Fenders on Charger have holes for the trim that runs on top of them, and as stated above, do not have headlight brackets.

It might be easier if you ask what specific parts you're looking at using.
