I may have to replace the power steering unit in my 66 Coronet 440. What years of B bodies used the same unit ?

True but I think you can merely swap the outlet from your current steering gear.Your 1966 has a 5/8" return line size. In 1967 and newer they have a 3/8" return line. This can cause some problems when swapping parts around.
