I may have to replace the power steering unit in my 66 Coronet 440. What years of B bodies used the same unit ?
Tks,

I recently put a new Lares 11033 box plus their 12112 pump and 176 pressure line adaptor on my 67 wagon. Works great. If you have oe exhaust, it's a direct bolt in. If you have headers like me, Hedman's on a 440, you have to thump some tubes for it to fit. #3 and #5 needed a little persuasion. Otherwise straightforward. If you have a similar engine/exhaust combo, I can give you some install tips. Also you can go with the Borgeson box, get it from BAC[ one of our sponsors]. Many people use them too and are happy with them. If you decide to go rebuilt oe, stay clear of using parts store rebuilds unless you're a glutton for punishment. Steer and Gear, Firm Feel, Redhead and Lares all do excellent rebuilds on oe boxes.

Your 1966 has a 5/8" return line size. In 1967 and newer they have a 3/8" return line. This can cause some problems when swapping parts around.
