66 plymouth hood hinge removal

So yes I have a C body lol, 1966 Fury3. In order to remove the hood hinge I'm assuming I have to remove the window wipers, cowl and fenders? I've tried doing some research but haven't had any luck in finding the answer. From what I gather there's a possible spring (coil) down covered by the fender?
