66 Satellite motor swap

Good day all,
Im sure its been covered many times BUT ... I just picked up a 66 Satellite with a poly 318, I am building a 360 for it and just want to make sure I dont have any surprises when I swap.
Trans will work from the poly?
Mounts and k member are the same?
Any other things I should be aware of?

Also, I keep reading information about the 360 balancing might be out if I use the trans from the poly engine. I need to get a b&m flex plate? Does that make sense?

OR can I just get a 360 converter for the poly 727 trans and avoid that flex plate? Thanks
