Hello all,

I have a 67 Coronet R/T with the 440 that I would like to improve on. I’d like to lighten the motor up a bit with new aluminum heads and intake, but would like to get the entire kit since I have no idea of what cam is in it now. I am looking for something plug and play. I do not want to have to modify anything. I do know that whatever I get will probably need to be checked by my local machine shop before installation. I’m not wanting to race this car, but drive it. It has a mild lobe in it now and I’d like to keep it like that. Would you have any recommendations for a particular Eidelbrock setup? Thanks!

Sharp car! I don’t know what to recommend, you could start with Edelbrock but will they recommend a cam? I’m not sure. You might want to check with Hughes Engines or Mancini. Vendor that sells various manufacture’s parts. They can put a good combos together for you, probably.
