FYI. This instrument panel is for a 67. If you have a 66 then you will need to switch out the tach.

Thanks for the heads-up! I really don't know anything about the electroluminescent from the electrical stand point. This is for a project I have in mind, not a B body. Is there any associated wiring, transformers etc. that I need to make this work? Is a '67 dash better than a '66?
