I need some guidance on the best method to install deck lid torsion bars. They were a little worn out and my deck lid sagged even with both set to the tightest position so I took them out and was able to add some more twist but now I'm struggling with getting them back in.

I'm pretty sure the info I need is already out here somewhere but I'm new to the forum and I searched but can't seem to find it.
Thanks!

Took a break, had a handfull of peanut M&M's and a few deep breathes and got back at it with success. A ratchet strap to the rear bumper was the key to getting them onto the last slot.
