I found a 67 Barracuda (yes, I'll join the A body site) for a very reasonable price. Solid car, has new lower quarters, looks like a decent job.

273-2, A/C, disk brakes, bench seat auto on the column.

I think those are kind of strange options.

Anyone else?

Has mid 80s roller cam 318, and horrible (to me), but new lime paint. Should be dark green.
Missing gas tank, but runs. Otherwise, all there.
Interior (black) is nice except plywood panel.

$4500

I'm thinking real hard about his one.
That's more money than I have in all my other project cars put together, but put on a gas tank, and it's driveable.

Sounds like a great car and for just needing the gas tank put on and you can drive it, I cant see how you could loose on it.. post up some pics if you grab it sounds like a car you could sell easy enough if you don't want it later! Good luck

Is it a notch back or fast back ? some photos would help to decide... I know some one who just bought a notch back 67 Barracuda with a later 70 340 bunch of aftermarket stuff & a trick auto trans & a Dana 60 rear, roll cage & other stuff for $1500 from a recent flood zone on Pa. , I think it depends on what your looking for & what it actually has that make up the value... what I think is worth $4500 may not be what someone else thinks it's worth...

Small pics. Not the best looking under the hood.

Will be PITA to repaint. Car is solid, though. I hate it when you pay for fresh paint that you don't like. My mind's eye sees B5 or dark turquoise.

I just got the engine pic via cell phone.
Looks like there's a lot of crap disconnected.
I'll have to check into that.
I offered 3 and he came back with 4.
I would have already been mine at 3.

I have a feeling that last thousand is the paint, that I'll have to sand off.
