I was thinking the air shields that attach to the bumper. You mean the long piece under the grille. I call it a lower valance for lack of a better term.

No there was originally one just in frt of k members if memory is correct for me , maybe part of a cooling package to help with air in radiator, pic in FSM , not big deal though nice touch it
