Was hanging out @ 67Satty's pad yesterday:

and as we were checking out each other's B's, he noticed my exhaust mani's looked like HP's, since they rise so high above the head deck surface.
Sure enough, coded them out and they came back as:

Part # 2843992 1968-69 383 Magnum / left-drivers side
Part # 2806900 1968-69 383 Magnum / right-passenger side

Made contact with guy I got the car from, asked him if he got these at the same time he installed the 1968-69 383 4bbl intake.

His reply was "totally possible, was long time ago and I was young"...

He must have had a shop do it, since he does not really recall any of the details, but of all the paperwork/receipts that came with the Charger, there was nothing about this stuff....

So are these really HP manifolds, not just standard big block, since they are from 383 magnum car?

Just did some more research. Looks like part numbers were also used for same year 440 Magnum engines as well....
Odd thing is, neither database I'm using is showing exhaust manis for 1966 361 blocks.

Think I'm better off with the HP's. Just found it odd that the databases I was looking through did not have part #'s for 66 361 manis

Yeah stick with the Magnums. Won't be much for power gains over the "correct" manifolds, they just look cooler!

if you're still wanting the numbers, the LH B body is 2532626, and the right for 67-69 is 2532464. The 66 C body 361
thru 440, and 67-69 383 thru 440 is also2532464. You can probably assume that number is good for the 66 B body. The books aren't always complete.:hello2:

Thanks, Shawn.
I'm actually stoked to have the HP's, since the PO also upgraded to a late 60's MoPar 4bbl intake. Consider it part of the Charger's history...
