68 base manual drum charger ,prop valve stuck

can not bleed fronts ,,prop valve stuck,,,heat,,hammer strike? remove switch to free up?? any and all experiences needed THANKS TO ALL!!!! completed replacement of all lines ,,wheel cyl. master cyl. but orig proportion valve<<

Yeah, pull it, to clean it out. If you get too rough with it, you'll wind up having to replace it.
Service manual should have a break-down of it. Might need a seal kit.

Can you open the front bleeders and stab the brakes to pop it over again?
