What does this small screw attach to so I can tighten up?

A metal "j" clip that is attached to the plastic grille underneath the frame......

Thanks Justin. Do you have a picture of one?

If yours is gone... it is a high probability that section of plastic is broken on the grille.......replacing it would only be for aesthetics.......Reach in that area to see if it is broken or not......

What happened is through the years the clips and hardware get rusty. Then removing the hardware damages the grille......Charger grilles are notorious to be broken in those areas...

Call RT specialties for a clip...or if you have a good hardware store find one that fits the bolt...

Thanks Justin, as luck would have it, it was in my bag of parts so I was able to install it & tighten it up.
