68 Charger dash question

There was a 68 Charger R/T sold at Mecum today. The dash panel was pebbled, I would call it. Mine is ribbed. Which is correct? Or was there a mid year change? Also, is the pentastar logo low down on the passenger side front fender correct?

The Pentastar on the pass side fender was on all Chrysler cars from I think ‘63 until mid ‘72 MY. I’m not sure about the dash finish, my ‘70 has that fake wood stuff.

68 Ribbed, 69 pebbled. Pentastar should be on both years. But who knows with fender replacement.

Pentastar is definitely passenger fender only...

Ribbed is correct for 68, 69 is pebble or wood, 70 is pebble or wood...
