68 Charger Door assembly

I am trying to assemble the window and lock hardware in my 68 Charger. I did not take it apart but I have an idea of how to put it together. I'm running into a couple of issues. The first is a replacement felt for the lower window guide In the back bottom portion of the door. It guides the metal frame of the window. Does anyone make a replacement felt? If not, what should I do?
The second question is in regards to the door lock pulls. I have the pull rods but it looks like i'm missing a part that completes the link between the pull rods and the locking mechanism. Can someone explain what i'm missing? Thanks!

Try calling Jim's auto parts. Their website indicates they have window channel weatherstripping.

I've looked at those locks before, but I can't recall with enough detail what that link is and my car isn't here to double check . . .

Mega parts has the lower door window seals you need. $25.00 for a pair. Go to megapartsusa.com
Click on Door internal parts to find them on page 2. They have em for sedans and hardtops.
Here are a couple pics of the door latch assembly showing where the rod connects to the mechanism. You are probably only missing the clip
