68 Charger fender tag interpret/WIW

OK guys.....I am not a Charger owner so I am not familiar with all the great things about them other than I know 68's are highly sough after. I have an acquaintance who has a lifelong friend who want to sell her 68. She bought it new in 68 and it is IMMACULATE!!!! I do not have any pics that will show the things you will want to see. I might be able to get some from her but it is 250 miles away so don't hold your breath.
I do have this pic of the fender tag and I am wondering if someone can interpret it for me (I do not know 68 codes)
I would also respect anyone's opinion of it's value. This car is looking VERY nice with appx 70,000 original miles on it. It is completely original ...survivor status I dare to say. Look how clean the area is around the tag and you will know how clean and perfect the rest of the car is! All #'s match.
