Do you know what year motor it has it in? Is the motor stuck?

Fender tag in place?

Does it need both front and rear frame rails? Is it possible to get underneath/interior shots of the car?

Does it have power steering?

Not sure of the year . Engine turns over by hand. I would say both front and rear frame rails are bad. Has fender tag. Manual steering.
