68 Sport Satellite vacuum canister

Does a 1968 Sport Satellite get a vacuum canister under the battery tray? Originally a 318 with a/c and manual brakes. I don't see the mounting holes for it but they could have been plugged before paint.

I can tell you a '68 Coronet with AC and a 318 with power brakes did not have one.
