69 Charger Hood Latch

Does this look like a 69 Charger Hood Latch. The only thing I see different it has a bolt in the center. Yes or no because the rest matches up.

Sure looks like it. My guess it had a problem or a rebuild. They most likely drilled the previously swedged shaft to accept a bolt

That was my guess. Do you think it hurts the value. I ordered a latch for my Dart and this showed up.
