What's it Worth 69 Charger R/T SE sunroof car.

Pete, no disrespect, I know your really familiar with Gen 2 Chargers. I'm with the majority 25k max. And I know it has sunroof and power windows, but me personally I wouldn't want either one.

But the way it sits right now is the lowest of low value in that car's life If he can finish what he started he should
If he is just burnt out from working on it he should just pack it away and come back to it later when he has more gusto to work on it
He does restoration for a living,I think after putting musclecars together all day,he ust isn't feeling like doing his own.

That's not going to happen. The right person who wants these options will pay 40 for the car. Personally if it were my car, I would paint it F6 green with a white interior, vinyl top and tailstripe. That car would be stunning. I am going to recommend that he install the mint factory floor pan in the car before he puts it on the market.

My friend is considering selling his 69 Charger R/T SE sunroof car. It's a loaded car in triple F8 green. The car needs a complete restoration, but comes with many parts that are restored or very nice original pieces. Car is dismantled and on a rotisserie at the current time. Engine is non matching numbers, but I believe it is date correct. The car needs the typical Charger sheetmetal work. Supposedly one of only 29 built. What's it worth in the current second generation Charger market.
Is the new sheetmetal it needs included in the sale?

Define Loaded ?
Besides PW and sunroof mentioned

Just for some kind of comparison. And yes Im aware this is not the best comparison not being a sunroof car

But I know of a 1968 RT , 440 , console 4spd, originally was a 3.54 Dana car
That can be bought for low $70s and its DONE turnkey driver
Unfortunately it doesn't have its original fender tag or Build sheet to prove anything beyond the Vin. Also not the numbers drivetrain.

Just MY word its legit EE1 , real 4spd , was originally blk interior, man str and drum brakes , Now white interior , PW str and pwr disc brakes , 4.10 Dana

Power windows
Power Sunroof
SE package leather seats, woodgrain dash etc.
Air conditioning.
AM 8 track with speaker dash
6 way drivers seat
R/T package 440 magnum,auto trans.
4 piston power disc brakes

Not sure if it has cruise control or not.

The 4 speed Charger R/T you mentioned is under market at 70k why hasn't it sold? The lack of documentation must be holding it back.

Its not really listed per say
Just kind of an in passing word of mouth that it can be bought thing
Owner isnt actively trying to sell , He recently retired and thinks its time / would prefer a nice driver auto with air . maybe a convertible
But I agree no tag or sheet holds it back. But no way could you replicate this car for the money in todays market

Is the metal it needs included

If not , IMO anything in the 40s is dreaming , IMO only

As you well know , To pull top dollar / the money you're thinking requires a certain buyer either in project AND done form
That said, Could I see a sunroof high option green on green car pulling 6 figures? Maybe , but probably not deep into 6 figures.
And whats it going to take to get it done?

$25k and under this thing will sell in a week. I agree with an ask of around $40K, then be patient and see what offers it brings.
