What's it Worth 69 Charger R/T SE sunroof car.

Since we're talking sun roof Charger's, although he sold it years ago and was totaled shortly thereafter, this was a friend of mine's Hemi car.

Very cool car, only 112 70 Charger sunroof cars, only a few were Hemi cars. Sad it was lost. My friend was hit and rolled one of them, his was a 440 R/T SE.

I can see an offer of $32k, a counter at $42k, and a deal between parties at $35k

A sun roof Charger is pretty rare but the sunroof itself should not double the value of the car IMO. I bought my car in 2007 for 22K CAD. ( about 16500 USD) I spent over 100K CAD to restore it. I can't see paying 40K US for this car, all in pieces...

My friend has decided to go forward with the restoration of the car.

That is the only correct answer.

********
1969
Charger
R/T
SE
Sunroof
I was going to say $45k after the triple pickle deduction.

I like triple pickle cars, but I'm in the minority.

The car is also a Charger R/T SE as well as a sunroof car.

But the way it sits right now is the lowest of low value in that car's life If he can finish what he started he should
If he is just burnt out from working on it he should just pack it away and come back to it later when he has more gusto to work on it
If you look upthread you'll see the car was bought in 1988, so the owner ain't no spring chicken anymore. The gusto might not be coming back so much these days.

I finally had to beak down and send my long-term project to a shop to get the hard stuff done. It hurt when those bills came in, but they eventually stop.

Mine is an A12 and nobody was interested in paying a fair price for it stripped out, even if I did have a complete Belvedere disassembled for parts.
