any knows what side of frame rail does over hose go

If it is the radiator overflow, it goes to the drivers side on my 69 Coronet.

mine was in the drivers side

my 68 Charger the gas tank over flow tube follows the filler tube down to the trunk floor where it splits off going through a hole in the trunk floor.
