69 GTX OE carb

What would be the original carb number for a 69 GTX 440 HP 4 spd. I’d like to go back to original.

4640 is A/C automatic. Typical cop car application back in the day.

Also does it matter if he has a federal or California emission car? I know in 70 they are different, the bowl bent, calibration and possibly the hot idle compensator( I can’t recall for sure)
