69 roadrunner factory steering wheel HELP

turned center section counter clockwise,,,,,still won"t come off??? need some TECH SUPPORT,,,,,,THANKS

If you are trying to get the steering wheel off remove the horn pad and bolts holding the steering wheel on and use a gear puller.

Or are you trying to get the horn pad off? They have a plastic disc in the center. Use something like a small standard screwdriver to get under the lip and remove the disc which covers the bolt holding it on.
