69 RR door interior question

Hello All !!!
I just got my 69 Road Runner and I have a question about the interior side of the door.
On the metal (top)part of the door, there is a hole that I thought maybe an emblem went there. But the factory emblems I have found that say "road runner" need two holes to mount to the door. And what few pics that I can find of interior shots of road runner doors, show what looks like a plastic plug??? Maybe the hole is an access point for the window regulator?

It originally had a small plastic/rubber plug in the hole. Yes it was a access hole.

Going by memory. If the hole is what I am thinking (it is about 3/16 of an inch) it is used to adjust the front window track. An Allen wrench was used.
