Hi I'm building a 69 roadrunner, I have the engine installed, it had a offenhauser 360 intake, holly 4160 carb and I'm planning on using a air grabber. First off cant get the correct cable angle for the throttle, I'm thinking I may need a holly 20 - 7 adapter, and I was also wondering if my intake I'd the stock height, as this could affect the throttle cable and possibly the air grabber. The engine is a 440. Any help would be appreciated.

In almost all cases, only a stock-height intake manifold will clear an airgrabber hood. You have about 120mm to play with, then the hood hits the air cleaner. Your "extra" space is used up by the air cleaner adapter, so your only choice is a stock intake (or one that's the same height). If you change the intake, everything else will fit/work just fine.

That’s what I was thinking, I was hoping the offenhauser was close to stock height, but I’m not sure. Thanks

Just looking at that pic, the carb pad looks higher than a stock unit would be. The stockers are usually not much higher than the intake runners and that carb pad looks like its raised quite a bit. I'd say it might be doable with the 383, but with a 440, you already have less clearance for the hood as it is.
