69 RT Charger

Hi all, thanks for the add.
Tomorrow I hope to be the new proud owner of 1969 RT Charger!
Me and a mate fly up to look over it tomorrow.
Its apparently a numbers matching survivor.
The last 3 days have been stressful
I just posted in the 68-70 page some photos and asking for help decoding th build sheet with the fender tag.
Most of it seems to line up but the order number and production numbers dont.

Any advice would be great trying to decode the broadacst sheet.
My mate knows what hes looking at regarding rust/body etc but for the numbers matching the fender ect is crucial for me and the value.
