Needing to replace a vinyl top on a '70 Charger and depending on replacement manufacturers currently available there seem to be two different styles the A-pillar sections ("front flaps") are made.
One style features "front flaps" made continuously from the side sections, making the top essentially 3-piece assembly (with only 2 longitudal seams)
Another style has "front flaps" as separate sections sewn on toward the top end of the A-pillar, making it a 5-piece assembly (with 4 seams, 2 longintudal and 2 at A-pillar tops)
So the question is, which style was originally featured on factory made/installed tops ?
