70 Coronet R/T Side scoop question and WTB

Are 70 R/T Coronet side scoops the same part number as 70 R/T Charger door scoops? I am searching for a pair of them in most any condition or a dimensional drawing in order to fabricate them myself. Please Google Hot Rod Magazine's 70 Mutant Bee to understand why.
