Thank you again for your help and advice getting my Satellite back on the road this summer!

I plan on installing a center console for 71 Plymouth satellite bucket seat car, I have the tunnel hump installed and shifter coming through the floor. I found a center console years ago and it appears to possibly be for an auto car? I have a top plate for an auto and 4speed, but it appears the shift boot just doesn't fit just right with the drivers lower side cutout is. Are there a difference and does anyone have an dimensions on the 4speed cutout and photos? I plan on just trimming it with a die grinder since I can't afford another console or a new one.. I don't think you can really see it that much at all either once installed.. Thoughts and help?? Thank you!

The lower housing is different between the two. Your is an auto. Jeff at 521 restorations has the template to cut out an auto for a 4-speed.

Thats awesome! Thank you Mark! I ordered the template today and will be adding that to the project list! Very helpful info!
