71 Road Runner 2-piece rotors

Diving into my front suspension and brakes. It appears my car has original 2 piece rotors. Worth keeping?

How do I determine if they are in good enough condition to turn them and put them back in service?

Any benefit to switching to single piece rotor? I’m assuming I could do that without changing caliper or spindle?

I would keep them as I always have people at Carlisle asking for them.. They also fit e-body. You would have to see how thin they are as to whether they are good for everyday use…
