Has anyone used Hellwigs' Part # 55904 for a front sway bar option on a '71-'72 Plymouth that did not have a factory sway bar? My car doesn't have any factory mounts for a sway bar, so I just want to double check that this sway bar has all it's own mounting brackets and where it mounts to the lower control arm.

Here's a link to what I am looking at!

Anyone have any pics of this one installed and photos of mounting points? Thank you!

I believe you will have to get lower control arms with the mounts for the sway bar ends.
My 72 did not have any but i had a set laying around that did so I swapped them.
I think I have the same sway bar kit you have pictured.

The "L" shaped brackets with the holes in them in the picture next to the bar are for the lower control arms if you don't have tabs. They use the shock bolt to mount them. I would suggest also welding them to the control arm. They have a tendancy to move around if you don't and drive the car hard. I had this bar on my '71 Road Runner and took it off to put on my '71 GTX. Makes a big diffference even if you have the stock bar now.

Excellent! Thank you for the help! I certainly could see that being a big help with front sway. I have a factory rear sway bar but didn't want to install that until I found a front one. Will get one ordered and see how it works! Thanks again!

Do you have any pictures of the mounting points for the Hellwig bar on your car?
