Actually that's a good buy if you watched that orange satellite sell on the vanderbrink/ red oak Iowa auction. .way junkier car and it brought 26,500 I think. .more than the roadrunner next to it.
 
There's a really nice 318 car in a cool color down here asking 28K

...and a listing in ebay also for 28K

Not sure that's realistic.

Those folks must have watched that auction.


For that kind of money I want it loaded or with RR options.

I got a 4 speed hump from a 71 383 car in hemi orange with chin spoilers from the factory, but NOT an RR. That I'd pay RR money for if it was nice.
 
While I agree that $28K is not cheap, ANY car with even the "normal" rust can easily cost $25K to fix right and paint. Assuming this thing is truly rust free (and not someone slapping Bondo on it for a quick flip), it can be a really nice looking big block driver car to enjoy.
