Can anyone tell me if this is a 1969 727 transmission.

wow the earliest number I have in my guide is 2466111 for a small block in 1965

I know, same with mine. It's 63 Dodge with a 69 440 (I have verified that)

I was told 69 but I'm guessing its a 63 transmission maybe original

Is there a shift cable and non splined tail shaft? the earliest 2464xxx is for a is for a 64'.

It has a shift cable. I will have to check but I think it has a splined tail shaft

63 will have a cable going to trans just above pan drivers side front
Tail shaft will also have place for cable right behind pan on tail housing.
