727 speedo cable leak

Speedo leak. Is it the o-ring inside?

Probably the speedo pinion seal inside.

There's an inner seal and an outer O-ring under the retainer plate, I use the kit from this place as it has both and a new retaining clip-- gotta be a place "up North" that sells it as well.
