I have a 727 trans from a '65 Plymouth from a Poly 318. It has the single pin on the neutral switch in the trans. Can it be changed to a three(3) pin neutral switch so I can hook up backup lights?

A 1965 is a cable shift originally. I don’t believe a newer comb will work with a cable shift valve body.

Do you still have a cable shift trans or did you switch to a 1967 and newer linkage shift transmission?

I have the cable shift trans with the console/floor mount shifter.
