What's it Worth 73 charger

Just saw a 73 440 auto, factory A/C, power windows, buckets, console equipped charger. Southern car, very solid, very little to no rust issues. Apparently it runs but i didn't hear it. Personally I wouldn’t paint it. Sat for a long period (unknown time frame). I'm not sure of value when and if it ever gets roadworthy ? Wondering what the membership thinks ?? Typical owner, "yeah I'd sell" but won't give a price. I didn't make an offer as I'm sure he wants large $$

You could BIN this U code car that supposedly has a 340 for 25K.
Has PW and AC and looks pretty sharp.
Also has a bulge hood.

If it's a real 440 Charger it is semi-rare, but still not bringing in big bucks. If it does run/drive ok, maybe $7-10k depending on closer inspection and various factors. If he spent a day cleaning it up and throwing a carpet in it... more.
